ANTECEDENTES A El Empleador tiene la intención de emprender el Proyecto. Las Obras forman una parte integral del Proyecto. B El Contratista ha declarado al Empleador que cuenta con la experiencia, la pericia, las licencias y los recursos adecuados para emprender las Obras y ha acordado emprenderlas de conformidad con lo establecido en el Contrato. C El Empleador celebra este Contrato en virtud de las declaraciones hechas por el Contratista. D El Contrato establece los términos y condiciones conforme a las cuales el Contratista emprenderá las Obras.
